EPIX FTP Mirror Guidelines

Epix is always looking for sites to mirror that provide good
content, high downloads, and a benefit to our customers and the Internet.

Please feel free to request a mirror of your site or one you 
frequently visit.

We have some requirements for setting up a mirror.

1.  There should be something in it for epix.  If you are the distributor
of the software we should get 2 copies for internal use.  If the software
is free we should get some recognition or banner ad.  In other words, give us
something for the space and bandwidth.

2.  If you are the master site for the software we ask you setup a specific
account for us to login as.  This will prevent our mirror from getting stale.

3.  If you are a website too, we may be interested in mirroring your web
pages.  Epix currently mirrors several tucows sites, which provide  
revenue sharing to mirrors.

If these requirements are not met, we will still consider your request.  
Obviously, we cannot mirror everything, but we will do what we can with the 
space and bandwidth available.
